Yancey’s Fancy Holiday Rewards - Terms and Conditions

1. The program

Spend $189 or more at yanceysfancy.com between November 1 and December 31, 2026, and we’ll email you a single-use code for 15% off one future order on January 1, 2027. Holiday Rewards (the “Program”) is run by Yancey’s Fancy (“we”, “us”).

1.1 There is nothing to sign up for. Every qualifying order placed with the same email address counts automatically.

1.2 The Program is open to customers who buy on yanceysfancy.com and ship to an address within the continental United States where we deliver.

1.3 Wholesale accounts are not eligible.

2. Program period and qualifying spend

Orders placed from 12:00am ET Sunday, November 1, 2026 through 11:59pm ET Thursday, December 31, 2026 count toward the $189 threshold.

2.1 Qualifying spend is the order total including shipping and excluding sales tax, after any discounts, coupons and promotions are applied.

2.2 Spend is combined across all qualifying orders placed with the same email address. A single order of $189 or more qualifies on its own.

2.3 Orders paid for in whole or in part with a gift certificate still count toward spend.

2.4 Only orders that are paid and processed count. Orders that are incomplete, pending, awaiting payment, declined or cancelled do not count.

3. What does not count

The following do not count toward the $189 threshold:

• E-gift certificate purchases. Buying a gift certificate does not add to your spend; using one to pay for an order does (see 2.3).
• Corporate gifting orders, meaning any order of 5 or more gift boxes, corporate gifting orders, or any single corporate gifting order over $500 (including shipping, excluding tax).
• Wholesale orders and orders placed on wholesale accounts.
• Sales tax.
• Orders placed outside the Program period, including orders placed before November 1 that ship after it.

4. Tracking, refunds and cancellations

4.1 After each qualifying order, we may email you an update showing your running total and how much you have left to reach $189. Your total can take a little while to update after you order.

4.2 If an order is cancelled or refunded, in full or in part, the refunded amount is removed from your total.

4.3 If refunds or cancellations take your total below $189, you will no longer qualify for the reward, even if you were told earlier that you had qualified.

4.4 Our records of your qualifying spend are final. If you think your total is wrong, contact us before January 15, 2027 and we will review it.

5. The reward

5.1 If your qualifying spend is $189 or more at the end of the Program period, we will email you one single-use code for 15% off one future order on Friday, January 1, 2027. The code goes to the email address used for your orders.

5.2 The code is valid through 11:59pm ET Sunday, January 31, 2027. Unused codes expire and cannot be extended or replaced.

5.3 One reward per customer (per email address), however much you spend.

5.4 The 15% discount applies to product subtotal. It cannot be combined with other coupon codes; automatic promotions, such as the free item at $79, may still apply.

5.5 The 15% discount code applies to all standard retail merchandise subtotal. E-gift certificates and corporate gift packages are excluded.

5.6 The code has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and cannot be transferred or resold.

5.7 The reward is separate from the free 1.25lb Parmigiora wedge offered on orders of $189 or more during certain periods; each has its own terms.

6. General

6.1 We may correct errors and may refuse or cancel a reward where we reasonably believe the Program has been misused, for example through orders placed only to be refunded, or multiple email addresses used to get more than one reward.

6.2 We may change or end the Program at any time. Changes will not reduce spend already earned or cancel a reward already issued, except under 4.3 or 6.1.

6.3 We are not responsible for reward emails that are not received because of an incorrect email address, spam filtering or an unsubscribe. If you qualified and have not received your code by January 5, 2027, contact us.

6.4 These terms and the Holiday Rewards Program are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles. These terms are in addition to our Terms and Conditions. If the two conflict regarding the Program, these terms apply.
