Crispy golden fries smothered in rich gravy and topped with the legendary "squeak" of fresh cheddar curds.

What You Will Need

1 bag (24 oz) frozen crispy french fries
(2) 6 oz bags Yancey's Fancy Buffalo Wing or Roasted Garlic Cheese Curds
2 cups brown beef gravy (homemade or store-bought)
Fresh chives for garnish

What To Do

1. Bake or fry: french fries according to package instructions until extra crispy.
2. Heat: the gravy in a small saucepan until it is bubbling hot.
3. Assemble: Place a large portion of fries in a bowl or on a plate.
4. Top: liberally with Yancey's Fancy Cheese Curds.
5. Pour: hot gravy over the curds and fries to slightly melt the cheese. Garnish with chives.
