What You Will Need

12 large jalapeño peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded
7.6 oz. Yancey's Fancy Roasted Garlic Cheddar (shredded)
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

What To Do

1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix the filling: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded Roasted Garlic Cheddar, softened cream cheese, and crumbled bacon.
3. Stuff the peppers: Fill each jalapeño half generously with the cheese mixture.
4. Add the crunch: Press the cheese side of each pepper into the panko breadcrumbs.
5. Bake: Place on the prepared sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes until the peppers are tender and the tops are golden brown.
