  • (2) 6 oz. bags Yancey's Fancy Buffalo Wing Cheddar Cheese Curds
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 ½ cups Panko bread crumbs
  • Cooking oil spray

What To Do

1. Set up a breading station with three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko.
2. Bread the curds: Roll curds in flour, dip in egg, then coat with panko, shaking off excess. Place on a parchment-lined sheet pan.
