Slow Cooker Maple Dijon Pulled Pork Melts

What You Will Need

3 lb. pork shoulder
½ cup maple syrup and ¼ cup Dijon mustard
7.6 oz. Yancey's Fancy Maple Bacon Cheddar (shredded)
Thick slices of sourdough bread

What To Do

1. Slow Cook: Place pork in the slow cooker. Mix maple syrup and Dijon; pour over the meat. Cook on low for 8 hours.
2. Shred: Remove pork and shred with two forks, tossing it back into the juices.
3. Assemble: Pile the pulled pork onto sourdough slices.
4. Broil: Top with a generous amount of Maple Bacon Cheddar and broil for 2–3 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and charred.
