What You Will Need

1 lb. sourdough bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
7.6 oz. Yancey's Fancy Maple Bacon Cheddar (shredded)
8 large eggs
2 cups whole milk
1/2 lb. thick-cut bacon, cooked and chopped
1/4 cup maple syrup

What To Do

1. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
2. Layer half of the bread cubes, followed by half of the bacon and half of the Maple Bacon Cheddar. Repeat the layers.
3. Whisk the eggs, milk, and maple syrup together in a bowl. Pour the mixture evenly over the bread and cheese.
4. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the bread to soak up the custard.
5. Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes until the top is puffed and golden.
