What You Will Need

2 lbs. ground prime beef
7.6 oz. Yancey's Fancy Horseradish Cheddar (cubed or shredded)
4-6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
4 burger buns
Lettuce, tomato, and red onion for topping

What To Do

1. Mix the stuffing: Combine the Horseradish Cheddar and crumbled bacon in a small bowl.
