(2) 8 oz. portions Yancey's Fancy Hatch Chile Cheddar Cheese Spread
1/2 cup whole milk or heavy cream
1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles
1/2 tsp cumin
Tortilla chips for serving

What To Do

1. Combine: Place the Hatch Chile Cheddar Spread and milk/cream in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
