What You Will Need

1 lb. pizza dough
8 oz. Yancey's Fancy Bergenost® or Champagne Cheddar (shredded)
4 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
2 large eggs
2 tbsp unsalted butter

What To Do

1. Shape: Divide dough into two ovals. Roll the edges inward and pinch the ends to create a "boat" shape.
2. Fill: Mix the Bergenost and feta; pack the mixture into the center of the dough boats.
3. Bake: Cook at 450°F for 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden.
4. The Egg: Remove from oven, create a small well in the cheese, and crack an egg into the center of each.
5. Finish: Bake for 3–4 more minutes until the egg white is set but the yolk is still runny. Add a pat of butter and stir before eating.
