What You Will Need

2 cups grated raw potatoes
1 cup leftover mashed potatoes
1 cup all-purpose flour
7.6 oz. Yancey's Fancy Horseradish Cheddar (shredded)
1/4 cup milk and 1 egg

What To Do

1. Mix: Combine grated potatoes, mashed potatoes, flour, and the shredded Horseradish Cheddar in a large bowl.
2. Bind: Whisk the egg and milk together, then stir into the potato mixture to form a thick batter.
3. Fry: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drop large spoonfuls of batter and flatten into cakes.
4. Flip: Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until crisp and golden brown.
