What You Will Need

1 rectangular flatbread or pre-baked pizza crust
7.6 oz. Yancey's Fancy Buffalo Wing Hot Sauce Cheddar (shredded)
1/2 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
2 tbsp Buffalo wing sauce
Thinly sliced celery for garnish

What To Do

1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Toss chicken in the Buffalo wing sauce until well coated.
3. Layer: Spread the shredded Buffalo Wing Cheddar over the flatbread. Top with the Buffalo chicken and blue cheese crumbles.
4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges of the flatbread are crispy and the cheese is bubbling.
5. Finish: Garnish with fresh celery slices and an extra drizzle of wing sauce if desired.
