Ingredients - What You Need

12 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Yancey's Fancy Buffalo Wing Hot Sauce Cheddar (finely shredded)
1 tbsp Buffalo wing sauce
1/2 tsp celery salt

Instructions - What To Do

1. Prepare eggs: Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place them in a medium bowl.
2. Mix filling: Mash yolks with a fork. Mix in mayonnaise, Buffalo sauce, and celery salt until smooth.
3. Fold in flavor: Gently stir in the finely shredded Buffalo Wing Cheddar.
4. Fill: Pipe or spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
5. Garnish: Top with an extra pinch of shredded cheese and a tiny celery leaf.
