What To Do
1. Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-low heat.
2. Place brats on hot grill rack; cover and cook 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F, turning frequently.
3. About 3 minutes before brats are done, place pretzel rolls, cut side down, on hot grill rack; cover and cook 2 minutes or until grill marks appear.
4. Assemble: Place brats in pretzel rolls and top generously with Yancey's Fancy Horseradish Cheese Spread with Scallion.
