All the elements of the classic sandwich—horseradish, roast beef, and kummelweck salt/caraway—on a crispy pizza crust.

What You Will Need

1 pizza dough
1 cup Yancey's Fancy Horseradish Cheddar Cheese Spread
8 oz shredded mozzarella & 5 oz shredded cheddar
10 oz thinly sliced roast beef
2 oz sliced onion & 1 diced tomato
1 tbsp melted butter, 1 tsp kosher salt, 1 tsp caraway seeds

What To Do

1. Base: Spread Horseradish Cheddar Cheese Spread evenly over the dough, leaving a large outer rim.
2. The "Weck" Rim: Brush the rim with melted butter and sprinkle liberally with salt and caraway seeds.
3. Layer: Top with mozzarella, then roast beef, then tomatoes and onions. Finish with a layer of shredded cheddar.
4. Bake: Cook at 400°F until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
