Yancey's French Dip
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 1ea. Hoagie/Hard Roll
- 4oz. Sliced Deli Roast Beef
- 2Tbls. Yancey’s Horseradish Cheese Spread with Scallion
- 8oz. Beef consommé or Beef Broth (Au Jus)
WHAT TO DO
- Warm beef consommé / broth on stove.
- Place roast beef in warm broth until fully warmed.
- Remove beef from broth and place in the hoagie roll.
- Spread the cheese spread on the top part of the roll and give it a squeeze.
- Dip the sandwich in the remaining broth and ENJOY!
