Yancey's French Dip

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 1ea. Hoagie/Hard Roll
  • 4oz. Sliced Deli Roast Beef
  • 2Tbls. Yancey’s Horseradish Cheese Spread with Scallion
  • 8oz. Beef consommé or Beef Broth (Au Jus)


WHAT TO DO

  1. Warm beef consommé / broth on stove.
  2. Place roast beef in warm broth until fully warmed.
  3. Remove beef from broth and place in the hoagie roll.
  4. Spread the cheese spread on the top part of the roll and give it a squeeze.
  5. Dip the sandwich in the remaining broth and ENJOY!
