2 6 oz. bags Yancey’s Fancy Buffalo Wing Cheddar Cheese Curds
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 1⁄2 cups Panko bread crumbs
Cooking oil spray
1. Set up a breading station with 3 shallow dishes. Add flour to one, lightly beat eggs in another, and add panko bread crumbs to the third
2. Place cheese curds, a few at a time, in the flour. Dip into the beaten eggs, then coat with the bread crumbs, shaking off any excess coating between steps. Place on a parchment-lined sheet pan
3. Repeat the breading process with the remaining cheese curds
4. Place the sheet pan of breaded curds in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. This will prevent the cheese from melting too quickly when air fried, giving the breading enough time to brown and crisp up
5. Remove from the freezer, and place in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not overcrowd - cook in batches if needed
6. Lightly spritz curds with cooking spray
7. Air fry at 350°F for 3 minutes, remove air fryer basket and shake. Replace the basket, and air fry another 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy on the outside, and just beginning to melt in the center
8. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce. We recommend blue cheese or a homemade ranch!
